Effective July 1, 2001 - The rights to HELP!Desk and several other software applications originally developed by New Instruction Inc dba Coastal Technologies were acquired by Coastal Technologies / WebsFirst, Inc. (CTWFI).  CTWFI also acquired the Coastal Technologies logo, the domain www.coastaltech.com  and specific physical assets from New Instruction, Inc.  CTWFI began operations in office space previously occupied by the Coastal Technologies business unit of New Instruction, Inc.  Any and all financial obligations related to Coastal Technologies prior to July 1, 2001 remain the responsibility and property of New Instruction, Inc.
